The table mountain of Vladař is the La-Tène period hill top site. The site with a shrine was in use during the 5th – 4th century BC and it was burnt down and abandoned about 200 BC. The holly water reservoir on the top of the hill produced recently some fascinating organic finds, as well as, environmental data.

Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) is the most famous spa town in Czech Republic. The town was founded already in 14th century and since the 16th century it is used as spa. The town is famous for its 18th and 19th century architecture, hot springs and the International film festival.
