A lockable room for overnight storage will be available for all exhibitors.
All goods should be shipped on a prepaid basis and should arrive to the Czech Republic to the below address (will be shipped to Pilsen on 4 September before stand-up starts).
– from European Union countries – 3 days before the build-up of the exhibition
– from all other countries – 5 days before the build-up of the exhibition
In case of sending a courier shipment, please be sure to send us a pre-advise with the full details of the shipment: courrier company, number of pieces and tracking number.

The exhibition area will be located in the central foyer on the ground floor of the main University Campus. The access to Meeting rooms is from this foyer only. The registration desk and internet area will be situated in this area as well as stairs to the poster area. Also coffee breaks will be served here.
The first draft of the exhibition plan you can find here. The plan will be adjusted according to the final number of exhibitors and the real diameters of the stands. If necessary the exhibition area will be extended to the 1st floor where the poster area, speakers’ ready room and 2nd part of coffee break will be located.
